Artist's Comments

One of the few images I shot myself at the Bushfire Fundraiser - Intro Studio Lighting workshop, 22 March. The point of this image was to highlight a couple of lighting setups that would give good hair and no bad sunglasses reflections, and still produce the required grey background (which is actually a little bright in this case).

The image is basically unedited - I cropped it slightly, and did a pass of sharpening, but that was about it!! Alex is a great guy, excellent model and easy to shoot, so I highly recommend him!!

I had a great day, and met some wonderful people in the process!! Thanks to everyone involved, particularly *Halohid for her huge efforts!! :w00t: :hug:

See, I can only get away with saying I'm awesome if I'm also doing the eyebrow raise, trigger finger semi-grin thing!! Plus it sounds better than saying "dang, pulled that out of my... back pocket!!" :P
